Data and storage

The service processes account information, technical metadata, API usage, payments and enquiries. Request content travels through the selected route to obtain model output. Telegram or email channels also process submitted support messages under their own terms.

Infrastructure outside Russia is used, including a server in Germany according to the owner. Requests may be processed by third-party API suppliers. The complete chain of legal entities, processing territories, each recipient’s retention practices and controller notification procedures require verification. This document does not certify Russian data localisation and does not replace cross-border transfer requirements.

Remove personal data, trade secrets and credentials before submitting content. Check files and embedded metadata as well as visible text. An agreed business processing mode requires a separate DPA and supplier settings; ordinary registration does not enable it. No claim of zero training use can be made without confirmation for the specific supplier.

Contact the controller to request account deletion or retention information. Active systems, backups and recipient systems may use different deletion procedures. Actual periods and storage inventory require verification, so a fixed time for complete deletion is not promised. Statutory financial-record retention is treated separately.
